Specialization
Real estate has been and always will be a great investment, regardless of the market, and it is satisfying work helping first-time buyers or seasoned investors with their real estate needs. I have bought and sold real estate for my personal needs and as investment properties, and understand the process from a buyer and seller perspective.

I am a licensed Realtor with Nextage Realty Pros. I began my real estate career in 1996 working with a state certified appraiser, and obtained my real estate salesperson license in 2001. I held the office of RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) Chairman for five years, served on the Multiple Listing Service board, and am a notary public for the State of Florida.

Personal
I believe that serving in the community where you live and work is an important part of giving back. I served on a local Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors including serving as Secretary, and was a volunteer reader for a first-grade classroom.

I have been a Florida resident since 1995, having lived in Ohio, New York, Illinois and Montana. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and attended the University of Toledo majoring in Business Administration/Marketing.
